Phililps: Wake-up Light

I worked closely with Spanish design director David Navarro at Tribal DDB to create the look and feel for this campaign. We were given the brief in it’s early concept phase and spent countless late nights crafting the shit out of it as much as possible. Unfortunately the budget was cut in half right before production so the full dream was never realized.

 

Our decision to create a colorful papercraft world was based on the desire to make the Philips Wake-up Light a more fun light-hearted product since the previous campaign had been very dark and serious. David knew the guys over at Keytoon (an animation studio in Valencia) and we worked with them to create 3d models and animations for the Facebook and iPhone apps.
